enterprise level monitoring, systems management, and
administration. At a glance, GMC can provide status of whether
system applications, hardware, network, and data services are
functioning correctly and there are potential problems that may need
to be addressed. GMC is also designed to automatically distribute
alerts and notifications to prevent potential problems. GMC
interoperates within the GCCS-A Global Zone and external clients and
gateways to enable collection of critical systems and services data.
These data elements are organized and presented to the User using a
Single Point of Entry or a single Web Browser Interface to enable
system analysis and system level health situational awareness.
